At HIRSCH Koviflex, we operate our own Measurement Equipment Department, ensuring precise and reliable measurements. We use regularly calibrated instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauge block sets, surface roughness testers, endoscopes, lux meters, and coating thickness gauges. In addition, we utilize other specialized measuring equipment adapted to our technological processes. All measurements are traceable and performed in accordance with quality standards. This ensures consistent product control and a high level of service quality.

HIRSCH Koviflex d.o.o., operating on the market since 2022, has successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2025, awarded by the accredited certification body Q-TECHNA.
As part of the implementation of our quality management system, we defined key processes, prepared the required documentation, and established an effective management framework.
The certification confirms our commitment to quality, traceability, and continuous process improvement.
This achievement marks an important milestone in the company’s development and further strengthens the trust of our customers and business partners.

HIRSCH Koviflex is certified according to the ISO 3834-2 standard, which ensures the highest quality in welding. This certification confirms that our welding processes meet strict requirements for consistency, safety, and reliability.
We continuously improve our welding techniques and processes, and ensure that our staff is regularly trained and certified to meet all the requirements of this international standard.
Our commitment to quality is reflected in every step of our production, giving our customers peace of mind and confidence in our products.

HIRSCH Koviflex d.o.o. is certified in accordance with AD 2000-Merkblatt HP 0 (2024-08) and EN 13445-4:2021+A1:2023 in conjunction with EN ISO 3834-3:2021, confirming compliance with the highest requirements in the field of pressure equipment manufacturing.

The certificate covers the following scope:
Manufacturing of unfired pressure vessels and pressure vessel components.

The certification confirms that we meet all requirements for the safe, traceable, and professional manufacturing of pressure equipment in accordance with applicable European legislation and technical standards. Our production processes are regularly monitored and verified through annual surveillance audits, ensuring continuous quality, reliability, and compliance of our products.

HIRSCH Koviflex d.o.o. meets all the requirements of European legislation for the production of steel structures. We are certified in accordance with the following standards:

EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011

• Factory Production Control (FPC) certificate
• Authorization for CE marking of steel structures
• Ongoing quality assessment and traceability

EN 1090-2:2018+A1:2024

• Technical requirements for the execution of steel structures
• Includes welding, assembly, and corrosion protection
• Execution class: EXC 3
