As part of the project, we completed a full set of three thickness band saws that require extensive processing and precise execution.
Already in the initial phase, our technologists paid special attention to the preparation of technical documentation to ensure the entire implementation was technically and technologically optimized.
With the careful preparation of workshop drawings, we enabled an efficient transition into production planning and organization, ensuring the smooth execution of all work operations. Accurate technical processing also allowed us to continue the project smoothly without unnecessary corrections.

We placed particular emphasis on welding the structural components, strictly complying with the requirements of ISO 3834-2. All welding procedures were carried out under the supervision of qualified welders and in accordance with the prescribed Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
With the acquired ISO 3834-2 certificate, we demonstrate our ability to ensure the highest welding quality, material traceability, and complete documentation of all procedures carried out.

The complete assembly of the system was carried out at our facility, using appropriate lifting equipment, specialized assembly tools, and devices to ensure safe and efficient assembly.
Through the careful use of tools and controlled procedures, we ensured precise positioning and stable installation of all components. This resulted in a stable and precise assembly of all parts, enabling optimal system performance.

Testing and fine-tuning are part of our standard acceptance procedure, carried out in collaboration with the customer. This step guarantees trouble-free operation and confirms the system’s quality.
